My Story
I’m Jennifer Hart, founder of Strategic People Operations and a lifelong advocate for the people side of business.
With over 25 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and people operations, I’ve worked across manufacturing, healthcare, non-profits, and K-12 public education. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand how organizations can transform when they shift their HR focus from checklists and compliance to culture, connection, and care for their people.
I started SPO because I’m passionate about helping organizations move beyond traditional HR models.
